Mr. Girdhari Lal Goenka who substantiated that great leaders are not set out to be leaders, they set out to make the difference and it’s not about the roles it’s always about the goals they strive for. For more than thirty five years Mr. Girdhari Lal Goenka, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India [ICAI] and eminent entrepreneur, philanthropist, and the Managing Director of the Golden Goenka Group of Companies. He being a true leader translated his visions into reality and has been epicenter of the Golden Group of Companies to take it to the sky heights. From humble beginnings, he has strived to bring Golden Goenka Group of Companies to its current position. He learned the value of hard-work by working hard. He never forgot his roots from being hailing from the town of Chakulia in Jharkhand, he started as a small time accountant in a garage at the mere age of 18 years. Discovering his fondness towards numbers and values, he pursued the course of Chartered Accountancy whilst gaining experience by auditing steel factories in Jamshedpur and started his entrepreneurial journey with his own CA firm.

His vision was to own multiple businesses and providing jobs and better life to many Indians and to build a conglomerate and he succeed in merging his vision with his life experiences and hard perseverance and transforming his devotion into the driving factor for growth of the Golden Goenka Group. Real Estate, Hospitality, Financial Services, and all other divisions of the group are the result of the ideas he converted into business ventures with his humble nature, financial expertise and divergent thinking and strong liasoning in the industries. His visionary abilities had skillfully nurtured the Golden Goenka Group of Companies since its inception. Apart from being an Entrepreneur, Mr. Girdhari Lal Goenka is also a conservationist, motivational speaker and philanthropist with a vision to uplift the Country and highlight the name of our Country in the Global Map. He has been at the forefront of leading the Group into the new era contributing significantly to better systems, processes and better product delivery and keeping pace with the newer technologies in different domains of business ventures.

A charismatic and pleasant young entrepreneur with perfect blends of warmth and confidence with a go-getter and has a view that every problem has a solution; it may sometimes just need another perspective. He is a leader who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way. People feel the most comfortable with his presence and gravitate more quickly to him. He always help and stand for those who are doing poorly to do well and strive for even better who are doing well in his Team. Rajeev is an Economics graduate and under his auspicious leadership the company has seen tremendous change in the last seven years due to change of business strategies.

He brings on board his unique vision, management practices and global approach to the function, expansion, diversification and management of the Golden Group of Companies. Rajeev’s global experience, coupled with his futuristic vision of business allows him to view each challenge as an opportunity and capitalize on the same and spearheading the group’s strategic decisions. Rajeev has successfully put the Golden Group of Companies on the map of several competitive markets including warehousing, real estate, alco-beverage. His integrative thinking and sharp financial acumen, along with his admirable and friendly negotiation skills makes him a dynamic leader of the future and he is in the process of closing several Start-ups deals in India and abroad. He employs his aptitude for business to consider strategic deals from both macro and micro perspectives and delivers on promised growth.

She is an eloquent speaker and has rich and strong methodological knowledge and is in control of the overall organisational function of the Golden Goenka Group of Companies which has facilitated the Group of Companies in last four years to germinate into a Big Business House of high esteem. She believes in focusing on the solution rather than wasting time on problems. With her way of handling the situations in adverse times as well and implementing business knowledge has lead the Group in achieving new heights. She never dreamed of success, instead she works for it. She is considered as the source of inspiration for the new comers in the Group.

Nikita is responsible for leading the company’s business operations all over India, executing the business strategies and ensuring operational excellence of the Golden Goenka Group Companies at large. She has done her Master’s Degree in Management from London Business School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics. Nikita also spearheads Aristro Capital Market Limited, an equity broking firm managing the company’s portfolio and high net-worth individuals which is a reflection of her business acumen. As an integral part of the key management, she manages a portfolio spanning across in different fortes which includes however not limited to focus in analytics, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities with speed and precision. During her academic term, she was also the recipient of the Santander Scholar which along with all her professional endeavor displays her determination and ability to deliver timely.
